There are two intakes
  1. Main intake - Autumn / September intake
  2. Sub intake - Spring / January intake

Yes, as a student in Finland, you are allowed to work part-time for up to 30 hours per week during the academic term. During holidays and breaks, you can work full-time.

Yes, your spouse and children can apply for residence permits to accompany you. However, they must meet specific requirements, such as financial support, to stay in Finland with you.

Yes, your spouse will get unlimited work rights in Finland. Finland government will assist to your spouse to integrate with the society by a special government body called TE Services.

Yes, as a Sri Lankan citizen applying for a Finland student visa, you will likely need to visit VFS Global Visa Application Center for your visa interview and to submit your biometric data (fingerprints and photograph). The interview is a standard part of the visa application process, where you may be asked questions about your study plans, financial situation, and intent to return after your studies.
